At the beginning of production, due to the high fixed cost, the average cost will remain at a high level. These technical features seem to have more advantages than flexible display. However, at present, the development of projection technology is not mature, and the display effect is not good. If its technology has been improved in the near future, it is entirely possible to replace the flexible display screen and become the main path of future development

the third factor is whether the flexible display can overcome some of its weaknesses. As a new technology, the shortcomings of flexible display screen are relatively obvious. For example, on a folding screen, people can clearly see the traces left by folding, which makes consumers very worried about the service life of this material. For another example, most of the several models launched now are folded outward, which may make the screen more difficult to protect and easier to be scratched. Perhaps the defects of these technologies are only minor, but if they cannot be properly solved, they will also affect the development of flexible folding screen
